The techniques of the component reliability prediction using the most credible methods (MIL-HDBK-217F, PRISM) and reliability databases (EPRD-97, NPRD-95) are presented in the article. Also the latest reliability prediction methods FIDES, 217Plus and reliability database SPIDR are presented.
