I have my guitar plugged in the front instrument jack (set in the utility as FRONT) the insert SEND goes to my amps front input; the insert loop is ON and the level at 0db; the INSERT RETURN is connected to my amp's Series Loop SEND; and the OUTPUT from the G goes to the amp's Series Loop RETURN. Is that correct? Could maybe one of my tubes be blown?
